I'm constantly asked to log in within the different sections of the app. you should log in once for the whole ecosystem in etihad and not have to be asked to login again when you go to the rewards section. super annoying. make it so that when you log in, it logs you in to all aspects of the etihad sub menus and options on the app, like the rewards section for example.

it's unlikely they put in any effort into this app. All I see is nothing more than the browser version wrapped up in a frame to fit the mobile screen. Nothing new here if you're used to the browser website: - Painfully Slow Loading times - Constantly seeing the loading spinner between every screen - Being asked to login over and over again ( i thought the whole point of an app is that you login once and forget about it!?!!) - Generally unresponsive and infuriating

app refuses to log in, even through verification. verification has a 1minute timer, in which you get the email 35 to 50 seconds after, in an email stating the code lasts 15 minutes. it does not. if youre lucky and get the email fast and verify, you still don't log in, and have to repeat the process, over and over.
