Entered email and started to enter reference number but everytime will not let me enter the whole number, trid dozens of time closed app reopened tried again, uninstalled app and downloaded again, with the same issue, will not allow me enter more than 3 digits sometimes 2 and sometimes 1, eventually found my trip wen page that works ok so app is not functioning correctly. (Response to response "Thanks for the info, but this is a review)

I bought cancellation protection which gives 90% of air fare as voucher (308€ is 90% of 452€ apparently). The voucher was then NOT recognised. I received it in 1 email and not in my account with their website! Web account has no purpose. Website information is deliberately hard to understand. Customer support asks for order number and when I explain it does not exist they ask AGAIN, like a 2008 chatbot. The only reason I don't call it a scam is because it CAN work.

Very disappointing experience. The provider canceled my flight without proper justification, and is now offering only a 20% refund of the total amount I paid. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. In my opinion, this is an unreliable service provider, and I strongly advise others not to book through them.
