for the most part it's fine but there are two UX issues, one of which makes it seem like the app is broken. the add document button isn't a button and doesn't stand out so at a glance, it looks like there's no way to add passport. the other issue is that the passport scanner doesn't work if you fit the text to the box. you have to pull back quite far to have the scan work. this was on an Android.

I live in NL. The app tells me prices in British Pounds. I can't find any way to correct this. I have countless times requested my booked itinerary to be emailed to me, it has never arrived. These are just two important functions that need to be improved. I have contacted the webmaster, also without any reply.

Check-in Issues Becoming the Norm – Frustrating Experience Lately, it's become increasingly common to encounter problems with the check-in process, often preventing check-in until the actual day of the flight. This forces passengers to arrive at the airport much earlier, only to face long queues—especially stressful during peak travel seasons or holidays. To make matters worse, customer support via WhatsApp is largely ineffective. The automated bot struggles to understand specific issues, and
